Casa Maestri Mezcal Joven Reserva MFM is a premium mezcal from Oaxaca, crafted from 100% Maguey Espadin using traditional methods. The piñas are roasted in earthen pits, imparting a signature smoky flavor, then crushed and fermented in open-air vats before being distilled twice in copper stills. This process creates a smooth, complex spirit with a vibrant nose of smokiness and floral notes, a balanced palate of earthy undertones and sweet agave, and a clean, lingering smoky finish.
