Ruadh Maor, Glenturret’s peated expression, was distilled in 2012 and matured for eight years in a refill sherry hogshead before Càrn Mòr bottled 2,243 bottles for its Strictly Limited range, offering notes of oily smoke, cured meat, honeyed parsnips, and barbecued ham with a smoky, earthy finish.
