A slab of toffee engulfed in volcanic soot mingled with smouldering hay bales and the crisp scent of a fresh first aid kit. The palate delivered a rich, buttery, sooty character, as if served from a medicine cabinet. Adding water unveiled aromas of Madras spices, poppy seeds, pecan pie, and walnuts, while the palate transformed into warm naan bread draped in toffee sauce and a sprinkle of coal dust.
