What are your operation hours?
Our website is always available 24 hours to place an order. Great news! With our new retail space @ The Gasket Alley, we now offer both pick-up and cash-on-delivery (COD) options for your convenience. Send us a text or remark before dropping by to collect your order hassle-free between 12pm - 7pm!

What are your delivery hours?
• We ship out Klang Valley orders on weekdays only including Public Holidays from 10am - 6pm for customers who opted for same-day delivery.
• Standard Delivery orders will be processed within 2-3 working days after the order has been placed and delivered on weekdays from 10am - 6pm.
• Please note that orders that are outside of Klang Valley and within WM will be shipped out every Friday.

I already placed an order, but I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. Our representatives will assist you in making the necessary changes. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to amend the address.

Are the products authentic? How can I verify their authenticity?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. We source our products directly from the estates and work closely with official representatives to ensure authenticity. If you have any concerns or doubts about a product, feel free to contact us—we would be happy to assist you.

What are the delivery options and charges?
• Same-Day Delivery: RM20
• Free delivery within West Malaysia for orders above RM500.
• Deliveries outside Klang Valley will have separate shipping charges.

What is your Return & Refund Policy?
