Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Signature Blend

THE KENSINGTON

Ingredients

  • 50ml Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Signature Blend
  • 25ml Honey Syrup
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon
  • 50ml Soda Water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except soda in shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a tumbler over one large block of ice. Top up with soda and stir gently

THE MAYFAIR

Ingredients

  • 50ml Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Signature Blend
  • 20ml Hibiscus Syrup
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 Drops Angostura Bitters
  • 10ml Egg White/ Aquafaba

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice and strain into a tumbler over one large block of ice

ROYAL MALT

Ingredients

  • 50ml Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Malts Blend
  • 1ml Clove Syrup *
  • 20ml Soda (serve on the side)
  • Garnish; Pear Slice

*Clove syrup:

  • 10 cloves 
  • 100ml Water
  • 200g Granulated sugar
  • Heat all ingredients together for 5 mins and strain before use.

Instructions

Assemble all ingredients in a rock glass with one block of ice. Add soda as necessary

Ingredients

  • 45ml Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Snow Polo Edition
  • 15ml Peach Liquor
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Honey Syrup*
  • Garnish; Orange Peel

*Honey Syrup

  • 100ml Honey
  • 30ml Water
  • Gentle heat ingredients together and allow to cool before use.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a tumbler over one large block of ice

Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Malts Blend

ROYAL SYMPHONY

Ingredients

  • 50ml Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Malts Blend
  • 25ml Lillet Blanc
  • 15ml Orange Juice
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup*
  • 2 drops Angostura Bitters

*Sugar Syrup:

  • 100ml Water
  • 200g Sugar
  • Heat together for 5mins or until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool before use.

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a champagne flute
