Aged in a mix of ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, the Inaugural Release is bottled at our favored 50% ABV, with no added coloring or chill-filtration.
The nose reveals notes of shortbread, baked apples, and Islay peat smoke. On the palate, custard, ginger, lemon zest, and baked apples come through, leading to a long, smoky finish.
