Bodega Pirineos Principio Moristel

Principio Moristel is crafted from 100% Moristel, one of Aragón’s most traditional grape varieties, grown in the Somontano region of Northern Spain. This indigenous red, cultivated in a local co-op, is a hidden gem of versatility, with subtle tannins and lively tart acidity that highlight notes of cherry, rhubarb, blackberry, and plum for a pleasantly moreish finish.
