Jun Pin Xi Jiu is produced in the core production area of sauce-aroma liquor in China – the middle reaches of Chishui River. It uses high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat and water as raw materials, and adheres to the traditional process of solid-state fermentation of pure grains. The products are selected from high-quality sauce-flavored base wines and aged wines, which are crafted by a team of liquor brewing experts.
