Kamiki Sakura Wood Whisky

Kamiki’s award-winning whisky takes a unique approach by finishing in Sakura wood, or Japanese Cherry Blossom, after aging in Yoshino-Sugi casks. The result is a nose of ripe banana, candied chestnuts, cinnamon, and pine, with a warming woodiness. The palate combines sandalwood, gentle spice, and sweet cherries, leading to a floral finish. A touch of water adds notes of hibiscus and Turkish delight with a peppery aftertaste.
