Ki No Bi, meaning ‘beauty of the seasons’ is the first Japanese gin distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. This is a dry gin created using 11 Japanese botanicals distilled in six distinct flavour categories including the likes of yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, gyokuro green tea and sanshō pepper.
