Founded in 2017 in the mountainous region of Wakayama, the small distillery of Fujishiro presents its very first creation : Kozue gin. In the recipe you will find classic botanicals such as juniper berries, tangerine peel, lemon and sansho pepper, but also a unique ingredient : pine koyamaki needles, the Japanese umbrella pine which inspired its name Kozue which means the height of the trees in Japanese.
Fresh and dynamic, the nose captivates with its resinous and peppery aromas, then in the mouth it is citrus notes that invite themselves accompanied by small touches of pine and spices.
