This 10-year-old Ledaig single malt from the Islands, distilled in 2008 and bottled at a robust 58.5% cask strength from an ex-bourbon hogshead, offers bold notes of roasted pineapple, cumin, and heavy malt on the nose, with rich smoke and subtle white chocolate on the palate, finishing with a spicy mix of red chilli, cinnamon, and vanilla.
