Luxardo have a great history with making gin, the actual recipe goes back to the famous Ginepro di Dalmazia, produced by the Luxardo family since the beginning of the 1900’s. The recipe for Luxardo London Dry Gin is based on the same 1900 recipe and contains 9 botanicals; juniper, coriander, iris, angelica, calamus, liquorice, cinnamon, cardamom and bitter orange. Infused for 24 hours and then distilled in a copper still. 19 days of refinement and then filtered.
