This radiant Champagne opens with a spicy, complex bouquet of ripe dark berries, fig, wild strawberry, and peppery spice, balanced by floral garrigue. On the palate, dominant Pinot Noir delivers intense depth and structure, with firm tannins, notes of sloe and cranberry, and a refreshing finish of mint and aniseed.
