Aged in carefully selected French oak barrels (225 liters) and finished in Sherry casks (550 liters). Montero sourced these high quality second hand Sherry casks from Spain. The major criterion in our selection process was the new dimension of flavor passed down through to wood to the Monteru Brandy.
