A cask-strength Singleton of Glen Ord, matured in freshly-charred American oak hogsheads for 18 years, before being bottled as part of Diageo’s 2019 Special Releases.
Delicate aromas of ripe apricots, raspberry jam, candied peel and cinnamon rolls mingle with chocolate-covered cherries, peach, sponge cake and barley sugar on the nose.
The palate offers notes of apricot frangipane, baking spices, orange peel, dark chocolate, mint and oak spice.
