Palate: Fruity and earthy; notes of plantain, papaya, clay, cooked agave, herbs, bonfire smoke, leather, asparagus, lemongrass, cooked corn, vanilla, sweet orange, grapefruit oil, fruity peppers, hints of bitter cacao and passion fruit, chalky minerality, faint salinity
Finish: Medium and earthy with notes of mango, smoke, wet soil, atole, agave roast, black pepper, hints of citrus and bitterness
