Pheasant’s Tears – Quinta 2021

A skin-contact-free blend of five Georgian grapes, co-fermented and aged in stainless steel for 8 months, then bottled unfiltered with no sulphur. Light cherry red with notes of watermelon, pomegranate, and spice on the nose, and a juicy, bright palate with red cherry, zingy acidity, and a hint of salty minerality.
