Tasting Notes:

Nose: Acetone at the fore, with packing tape, creosote a slight hint of molasses and white pepper. Mellows slowly and reveals white grapes, more white pepper and spicy juniper. .

Palate: Hot and spicy initially with a lot of alcohol. Sears the palate clean and then introduces acetone notes coupled with white grapes and molasses from the nose. White pepper, oak and cinnamon sugar emerge along with the white wine hints from the nose.

Finish: Long, lingering and warming finish with the ferocious heat having faded a fair bit. The molasses, acetone and pepper hints are the most dominant aspects at the very end.
