The Glenglassaugh Pedro Ximenez Finish was aged in American bourbon casks before being transferred to Pedro Ximenez barrels for up to 2 years.
Known as the “king of sherries”, Pedro Ximenez is a rich sherry, made from grapes of the same name, sun-dried. This grape is known and recognised for its unctuous and gourmet character.
Perfectly mastered, this whisky reveals fruity notes, coffee, citrus and spices.
