Guo Jiao 1573 National Cellar Spirit of China

This commemorative baijiu honors National Cellar 1573, recognized by the UN for its cultural heritage, and the traditional brewing of Luzhou Laojiao. Fermented in cellars built in 1573 and select cellars over 100 years old using traditional techniques, all distillates of Spirit of China must be of ageing for 10 years to decades in natural cave.
