Jin Zuan Xi Jiu


Jin Zuan Xi Jiu is produced in the middle reaches of the Chishui River Valley, the core production area of sauce aroma liquor in China. It uses high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water as raw materials, and adheres to the traditional process of solid-state fermentation of pure grains. The products are selected from cellared old baijius of different years and high-quality base baijius, which are created by a team of baijiu brewing experts. It has outstanding sauce aroma, mellow and plump, fine and clean body, long aftertaste, long-lasting fragrance in an empty cup and the inherent style of this product.
