A rare indie bottling of rum from The Single Cask folks! This expression came from Guyana’s Diamond Distillery, and was aged in a single cask from April 2011 to September 2020. Eventually, it was bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 316 bottles. Though The Single Cask is well known for its indie whiskies, it seems the team has a good nose for rum, too!
