Colour: Crimson, with dark purple rim.
Aroma: Blueberry, violets, leafy herbs, dusty roads.
Palate: Red berries, subtly sweet, jubey fruits, supple tannins, spiced oak flavor. Red earth provides a natural filter and carry for the medium body, succulent finish.
Fish: Salt and pepper Coorong Mullet with charred fennel, green beans, lemon zest and almonds. Pasta: Tagliatelle with field mushrooms & good aged parmesan.
