Nose: Almond biscuits, rye bread, a hint of buttery corn.
Palate: Walnuts, waxy peels, toasted almond and crunchy brown sugar.
Finish: Slightly floral on the finish, with a kick of cardamom.

Single grain from the closed Port Dundas Distillery, independently bottled by The Single Cask. It was distilled back in October 2009 and left to mature for 9 years until April 2019, when it was bottled at cask strength.
