The Monkey's journey began almost a decade ago with the aim to create nothing less than a really good gin. Since then, we've more or less confirmed that we're nothing but aroma hunters driven by an unquenchable occupational curiosity, a love of sensory experimentation, and a pronounced penchant for unique flavours.
