Nose: Raspberry, menthol, pine, a hint of rubber, cacao.
Palate: Spicy oak and black pepper, with layers of treacle giving balance. A touch of citrus acidity.
Finish: Cider, charred staves, honeydew melon.

Speyside 22 Year Old 1995 (cask SA2095)

22 year old single malt from the Speyside distillery in the eponymous whisky region of Scotland, independently bottled by The Single Cask. It was distilled in December 1995 and bottled at cask strength in February 2018, producing just 172 bottles.
